How do I prepare my home for a cleaning?

We just ask that you:
•   remove anything that may prevent cleaners from effectively cleaning all surfaces.
•   find a good safe and secure spot for your pets during your home cleaning.
•   place clean sheets on or near your bed.

What supplies and equipment are used?

We provide all cleaning supplies.  We use only the best quality cleaning solutions inside your home.  We use Shark Vacuum Cleaners.

We do not provide Bona solution, but will happily Bona your hardwoods when you provide that solution.

Can the cleaners use my cleaning supplies, products, or pieces of equipment instead?

Yes.  Simply have the appropriate supplies ready at the time of the cleaning and indicate to the team leader to use your cleaning supplies.

Who will be cleaning my home?

We always try to assign a regular cleaning team (2, 3 or 4 cleaners) for your best convenience. In case this does not happen, be sure ALL our professionals are consistently trained to meet our impeccable cleaning quality standards. Our employees are insured, bonded and very helpful.

How long it might take to clean my home?

Considering our professional cleaners are extremely detailed oriented, it will take each of them an average of 30 minutes to clean a room on a Regular Cleaning. Thus, a 3bds/2bths house will take our professionals from 3 to 4 hours to clean it. Keep in mind this is just an estimate and time may vary depending on the condition and size of your home.

What if my cleaner is late?

If a team is more than 15 minutes late, please contact us at 770-773-6331. Most likely, it’s an issue with Atlanta traffic, but we'll work quickly to determine what the issue is.

What if the cleaner didn't properly clean something?

When our team is done cleaning, our team leader will do a walk through with you and will re-clean anything to your satisfaction.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash or check at the time of service.  You may also pay on our website or via credit or debit card with the crew leader at your home.
